ABOUT
Clifford De Laine, Director and Chief Consultant of APAC Resilience, founded the consultancy to address the unique challenges and complexities faced by the Government & Defence, Defence Industry, and Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) sectors.
With 25 years of distinguished service in the Australian Army, Clifford held various roles in command, operations and project management, geostrategic analysis, international engagement, and training. His operational experience spans deployments in Timor Leste, the Solomon Islands, Afghanistan, Israel, Lebanon, and the broader Middle Eastern Theatre, where he served as Regional Current Operations Manager.
Since transitioning from the military, Clifford has applied his strategic expertise and leadership in civilian roles, including Operations Manager for a manufacturing firm and Business Development Manager for government partnerships. His pragmatic, collaborative, and mission-focused approach consistently delivers successful outcomes across sectors.
